The following positions are currently available:
MOLD DESIGN ENGINEER
Seven years minimum experience in plastic injection mold design. Must have thorough knowledge of UG, Pro-E, or SolidWorks and the ability to work well individually with minimal supervision.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
5 to 10 yrs. experience in the sales of injection molds/molding. Experience in the medical, packaging, and consumer products marketplace is a plus. Domestic travel is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work well with others is essential. Candidate must present a strong image of himself and the company. CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator
Qualified candidate must have at least 3 years experience operating and programming CNC machines. Haas or Fanuc controls experience preferred. The ideal candidate will use the full capabilities of new modern equipment without sacrificing quality. Perform own set-ups, inspections, and hold close tolerances.
CNC Mill Operator
Successful candidate will be responsible for working with CNC Mill machines and additional shop equipment. Individual must have 2 years experience, Fanuc or Haas controls preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to read blueprints and use of all measuring instrumentation. Possess strong work ethic and must be able to work independently.
EDM Operator
Preferred candidate will have three years experience with EDM along with experience with CNC, lathes, grinders, etc. Ability to program with accuracy and Mitsubishi experience a plus. Self-motivated, strong communication and troubleshooting skills are required. Adaptability and willingness to learn are essential with this position.
Estimator/Scheduler/Project Manager
Successful candidate will have five years experience estimating injection molds and components. Advanced communication skills both written and verbal. Exceptional computer and organizational skills. Knowledge of plastic injection molds through a strong technical background with the ability to interface with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and sales to identify and solve customer problems.
Mold Designers
Qualified candidate must have five or more years of experience in design, engineering, and detailing of multi-cavity, high performance molds. Must be independently able to take project from part model to finished tool design. UG or Pro-E experience is desired. Must be a quality-conscious, self-starter capable of working within tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment. Requires direct contact with customers and interfacing with production floor. |
