At Electroform, we believe the future of manufacturing depends on investing in the next generation. In addition to training and developing our own employees, we actively support local high school, technical, and manufacturing education programs through advisory participation, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities.
We work closely with educators and students to provide real-world exposure to mold design, engineering, and manufacturing. Through collaborative programs, students can participate in the design and manufacture of injection molds, gaining valuable experience that extends beyond the classroom.
These projects are brought full circle through testing in our R&D facility, allowing students to see their designs become functioning production tools.
